VISION

Virtual Interface for Smart Interaction Online

How can didactics, creativity and simplicity be combined with digital teaching in such a way that teachers and students can fulfill their tasks in a more goal-oriented way?

VISION is developing a flexible smart authoring tool that enables teachers to create individualized online courses. Just as with a website builder, tools and features can be selected and designed to fit the user’s needs and the courses can be integrated into any Scorm-compatible learning management system (e.g., Moodle). A course-specific chatbot tutor facilitates and simplifies communication with students about relevant aspects of the course. This also enables course instructors to proactively reach out to their students and remind them, for example, of deadlines for submissions and the like. An online train-the-trainer course introduces the use of the smart tools and provides practical suggestions for didactically goal-oriented course creation. VISION thus uncovers new possibilities of designing appealing digital learning environments in a simple way.
